1. Introduction

Welcome to our blockDAG-based application (the “PPKAS.space”, here and after "Project"). By accessing or using any part of the Project (including the Telegram bot registration process, website, in-game functions, or related services), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from accessing or using the Project.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Project.

2.2. By registering through our Telegram bot or otherwise accessing the Project, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Telegram Bot Registration: Registration is completed through our Telegram bot. By proceeding with registration (and subsequent authorization), you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any other relevant policies.

3.2. During the registration, you will be prompted to create a username and password (“Credentials”). You agree to keep your Credentials confidential. You bear full responsibility for any activities occurring under your account.

3.3. Telegram ID, Login, Password: We store and maintain your Telegram ID, chosen login, and password. If you lose access to your Telegram account or forget your Credentials, the Project cannot restore your account or recover any associated data or digital assets.

3.4. Multi-accounts are strictly forbidden. The project reserves the right to block them permanently along with the main account and all subsequent accounts.

4. Project Wallet

Within the Project, you may create or use a blockDAG wallet (the “Wallet”) for in-game operations. The Wallet is intended exclusively for in-game transactions. It is not intended for storing large sums of cryptocurrency or serving as a “cold storage.”

You acknowledge that the Wallet involves significant risks, including the loss or compromise of private keys or seed phrases. By using the Wallet, you assume full responsibility for any such risks.

Private Key Storage: You agree that the Project may generate, store, or handle your private key on your behalf for the convenience of in-game operations. You acknowledge that storing private keys with the Project (a) may expose you to security breaches or hacking risks, (b) is not recommended for storing significant digital assets, and (c) is solely at your own risk.

These Wallet Usage Conditions govern the use of the blockDAG wallet functionality provided as part of the Project. By creating or using the Wallet, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

4.1. Wallet Purpose

4.1.1. The Wallet is designed exclusively for in-game transactions and related activities within the Project.

4.1.2. The Wallet is not intended for long-term storage of digital assets. We strongly discourage storing significant cryptocurrency amounts in this Wallet.

4.2. Private Keys and Security

4.2.1. Private Key Generation: The Project may provide you with a private key or seed phrase for your Wallet. You are solely responsible for securely storing and protecting this information.

4.2.2. Project Storage: The Project does not store or have access to your private key or seed phrase. All such information remains under your sole control, and the Project does not retain any of your sensitive data. You acknowledge that the security of your private key or seed phrase is entirely your responsibility.

4.2.3. User Responsibility: You agree to take all necessary and reasonable measures to protect your Wallet, including but not limited to not sharing your private key, seed phrase, or login credentials with others. Any transaction executed using your Wallet is considered authorized by you, and the Project is not liable for any unauthorized transactions resulting from the compromise of your private key or seed phrase.

4.3. Limited Liability

4.3.1. The Project assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to or use of your Wallet.

4.3.2. Risk of Hacks / Cyberattacks: The Project shall not be liable for any breaches, hacks, or other security incidents that may result in the loss or theft of digital assets associated with your Wallet.

4.4. Regulatory and Tax Compliance

4.4.1. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax or regulatory obligations that may apply to your Wallet usage or digital asset transactions.

4.4.2. The Project makes no representation or warranty regarding the legal or tax implications of holding or transacting in digital assets.

4.5. Termination or Suspension

The Project reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Wallet functionality, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to maintenance, security issues, or other circumstances, without prior notice. The Wallet is intended solely for in-game transactions. However, since the User is provided with a private key/seed, they can import it into another wallet, thereby gaining access to their funds. As such, the User is fully responsible for the safekeeping and protection of their private key/seed.

5. Changes to Terms and Project

5.1. Modifications: The Project reserves the right to modify these Terms (including game mechanics, rules, in-game pricing, payout conditions, or any other aspect of the Project) at any time.

5.2. Notice: Any significant changes to these Terms will be communicated via in-app notifications, Telegram bot messages, email, or other reasonable methods. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting or as stated in the notice.

5.3. If you continue to use the Project after the changes become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Project immediately.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm the Project, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations;

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Project’s systems, wallets, or other users’ data;

• Using the Project for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

• Uploading or transmitting any viruses or malicious code;

• Engaging in any other manipulative actions, such as using bots, exploiting or inflating metrics, running the Project on unauthorized devices, or performing any other actions that could cause harm or provide unintended advantages outside of the Project’s intended mechanics.

The Project reserves the right to take countermeasures against such activities, including but not limited to:

• Blocking or suspending accounts involved in harmful activities;

• Resetting or nullifying user statistics, progress, or other in-game metrics;

• Imposing any other actions deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Project and its users.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All intellectual property rights in the Project’s content, including program code, graphics, logos, designs, music, and texts, are owned by or licensed to the Project.

7.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Project content without prior written permission.

7.3. The Project respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1. No Warranties: The Project is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Project expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.The Project does not guarantee the continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Service. The Project's servers may be temporarily suspended or become unavailable due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, repairs, upgrades, or other reasons beyond the control of the Project. The Project reserves the right to suspend or limit access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, in order to perform necessary maintenance, improvements, or for other operational reasons. While the Project will make reasonable efforts to minimize any downtime, it is not liable for any disruptions or interruptions to the Service

8.2. No Liability for Loss of Funds: All digital assets (cryptocurrencies, tokens, etc.) are subject to inherent risks. The Project is not liable for any loss, theft, or compromise of private keys, nor for any unauthorized transactions involving your Wallet.

8.3. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of the Project, for any decisions you make based on the information provided, and for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

8.4. Reasonable Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of or related to your use of the Project.

8.5. Remember that cryptocurrencies are volatile, market conditions can change rapidly. Users make their own decisions based on their opinion, knowledge, experience, and are responsible for it. Project devs are not responsible for possible financial losses of users.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. The Project shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from events, circumstances, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, pandemics, war, or acts of government.

9.2. In the event of any force majeure, the Project will make reasonable efforts to restore normal functioning. However, the Project assumes no liability for losses or damages resulting from such events.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1. The Project may suspend or terminate your access at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.

10.2. You may cease using the Project and delete your account (when such functionality is available) at any time.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration in the British Virgin Islands.
