# Problem solving

* For a better gaming experience, we recommend connecting to Wi-Fi.
* If you have problems with downloading, check the connection quality.
* The first download of the App may take longer, as all content is loaded into the cache.
* If you clear the cache, all content will be reloaded when you start the App.
* If an error occurs - refresh the page (top right corner-three dots-refresh page).
* It is also recommended to reload the page after the update is released.
* In case of errors not related to the quality of connection, and if updating the page and reloading the application did not help - you can report to us in [social networks](/ppkas/ppkas.space.md) in the appropriate sections (bug report). A ticket system will be created later.
